Please note:
We do not permit the use of e-cigarettes / vaporisers on any of our coaches.
We operate a STRICT NO ALCHOHOL RULE, AND/OR DRUGS (as stated in law) policy while on the coach and ask that you adhere to this.
Anybody found to be flouting this policy will be removed from any future opportunities to use our service and be reported to the club.
We ask that you respect all other people that are travelling with us on the coach
If for any reason you are unable to attend the match and coach that you have booked, please give us at least 72 hours notice which might enable another fan to attend in your place.
Payment:
Payment is made online in advance of the day of travel, if you do not have access to online payment, please let us know asap.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details that you have entered into the form.
Please print this off and bring with you to board the coach
Once your payment has been accepted/authorised, your place/s will be secured on the coach
If there are any changes that need to be made prior to match day please contact Bluesaway immediately
Match Changes:
Due to circumstances beyond our control, some matches can have their dates and / or starting times changed. If this occurs your booking will remain for the rearranged fixture, if you cannot attend said fixture please contact us for a refund.
